JOLO's Haddock with pesto

JW's recipe originally called for haddock, we substituted mahi mahi. We paired it with their crisp Golden Hallows Reserve.

Wine Sauce for Fish

This simple white wine sauce is perfect for any white fish. We used Overmountain Vineyards Petit Manseng.

Chicken with mushroom sauce

Similiar to Chicken Marsala this version uses JOLO's Muddy Paws in the sauce.
