Catawba Farms has something for everyone, wine and beer lovers alike. Wine tastings of all wines are conducted by knowledgeable staff. My favorite is the Harper House Pinot Grigio and Charles liked the Courthouse Cabernet Savuvignon. Outside food isn't permitted. If they are open they have a food trailer. Food is excellent. Dogs are permitted, but must be kept on a leash. Doggie rules are a detailed on their website. We visited in the summer and sat on the back deck and ate lunch. Lots of room and shade. Bring a chair just in case. They are popular especially when their is live music. Great place for children to play. Lots of farm animals to visit. During warm weather there is live music and in cold weather ice skating.
