Zucchini and Chocolate Chip Bread

This zucchini bread is perfection with the right combination of zucchini and dark chocolate chips.
Preheat over to 350 degrees
Grease a 9*5 loaf pan with non stick spray
In a medium bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, stir together the brown sugar, eggs, and melted butter until smooth. Add the shredded zucchini and vanilla and mix until combined.
Add the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in the 1 cup of the chocolate chips.
Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and sprinkle remaining chips.
Bake until golden brown 50-60 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to cool 10 minutes. Loosen the edges with a knife and remove from pan. Allow to cool completely before slicing.
1 3/4 cups of all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
3/4 cup of packed brown sugar
2 large eggs, room temperature
1/2 unsalted butter, melted and cooled
2 cups shredded zucchini
1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups of chocolate chips of your choice, divided
