Spinach Feta Strata

You don't have to be Popeye to enjoy this savory casserole.
Spray a 9*13 pan and arrange croissant halves, cutting if necessary
In a large bowl, combine the eggs, milk, spinach, salt, nutmeg, and pepper.
Pour over bread and sprinkle with cheeses.
Cover and store in the refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight.
Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking.
Preheat oven 350 degrees.
Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
10 croissants, split
10 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 cups 2% milk
1 package (10 oz) frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 cups Monterey Jack cheese or your choice
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
