Spinach Artichoke Dip

This is a crowd pleaser! This dish has been to many tailgates.

Spinach Artichoke Dip

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees

  • Melt butter over low heat.

  • Add flour and stir until combined.

  • Slowly add the milk and stir.

  • Add swiss, Parmesan, and cream cheese.  Stir until melted.

  • Add spinach, artichokes, lemon, garlic, salt and pepper.

  • Pour into a 9*13 pan and sprinkle with seasoning salt.

  • Bake for 45 minutes.

  • Serve with warm sturdy chips or vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbs. butter

  • 4 Tbs. flour

  • 1 cup whole milk

  • 2 cups swiss cheese, shredded

  • 1 can artichokes, drained

  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded

  • 8 oz. cream cheese

  • 1 pkg. frozen spinach (thawed and drained)

  • 1 Tbs. minced garlic

  • 1/2 squeezed lemon

  • salt and pepper

  • seasoning salt
