Spinach Artichoke Dip
This is a crowd pleaser! This dish has been to many tailgates.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Melt butter over low heat.
Add flour and stir until combined.
Slowly add the milk and stir.
Add swiss, Parmesan, and cream cheese. Stir until melted.
Add spinach, artichokes, lemon, garlic, salt and pepper.
Pour into a 9*13 pan and sprinkle with seasoning salt.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Serve with warm sturdy chips or vegetables.
3 Tbs. butter
4 Tbs. flour
1 cup whole milk
2 cups swiss cheese, shredded
1 can artichokes, drained
1 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
8 oz. cream cheese
1 pkg. frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
1 Tbs. minced garlic
1/2 squeezed lemon
salt and pepper
