Roasted Brussels Sprouts
We are always looking for ways to cook vegetables that are quick and easy.
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl mix brussels sprouts and olive oil until well coated.
Spread onto a foil lined pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Roast for 20 minutes.
While sprouts roast mix balsamic vinegar and maple syrup in a bowl.
When sprouts are done put them directly into vinegar/syrup mixture and toss to coat.
Pour onto serving dish and sprinkle with cheese.
2 Tbls. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
10 Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
2 Tbls. maples syrup and good quality balsamic vinegar
2 Tbls. shredded Parmesan cheese (maybe more depending on your taste)
salt and pepper
