Roasted Brussels Sprouts



We are always looking for ways to cook vegetables that are quick and easy.

Roasted Brussels Sprouts


  • Heat oven to 350 degrees.

  • In a bowl mix brussels sprouts and olive oil until well coated.

  • Spread onto a foil lined pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  • Roast for 20 minutes. 

  • While sprouts roast mix balsamic vinegar and maple syrup in a bowl.

  • When sprouts are done put them directly into vinegar/syrup mixture and toss to coat.

  • Pour onto serving dish and sprinkle with cheese.


  • 2 Tbls. olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 10 Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

  • 2 Tbls. maples syrup and good quality balsamic vinegar

  • 2 Tbls. shredded Parmesan cheese (maybe more depending on your taste)

  • salt and pepper
