You can have your chocolate and protein too

Protein Bark


  • Line cookie sheet with parchment paper

  • Melt dark chocolate and mix in protein powder

  • Melt the white chocolate

  • Pour dark chocolate on cookie sheet and spread with spatula

  • Drizzle the white chocolate and swirl with a knife

  • Top with dried fruit, nuts, seeds and salt

  • Press toppings lightly into chocolate

  • Chill at room temperature and break apart


  • 2 scoops of Orgain Creamy Chocolate Fudge Protein Powder

  • 24 oz. dark chocolate (or your choice)

  • 6 oz. white chocolate (or your choice)

  • 2/3 cup dried fruit of your choice

  • 1/2 cup nuts of your choice

  • 1/4 seeds of your choice

  • 1/8 tsp. sea salt
