Super easy and kids love it. I only used turkey pepperoni to cut fat and calories.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente 8-10 minutes. Drain
If using ground beef cook beef and onion over medium heat until done. Drain. Add sauce, pepperonis and cooked pasta and mix well.
Pour into a 9*13 dish and top with mozzarella.
Bake for 30 until cheese is melted and golden.
8 oz. rotini pasta
1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, diced ( if you use only pepperonis you won't need an onion)
28 oz. pasta sauce of your choice
12 oz. turkey or regular pepporoni or 1 lb. ground hamburger ( you can always use a combination)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
