Pesto and Roasted Tomato Pizza

Any way you slice it this protein rich pizza hits the spot.

Pesto and Roasted Tomato Pizza


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  • If you don't want to make your own pesto simply mix 1 scoop of Orgain unsweetened powder with a 8 oz jar of pesto and spread on crust.

  • Pesto directions

  • In a blender pluse the Orgain protein powder, slivered almonds, spinach, garlic, 3 Tbs. Parmesan cheese until to comes together.  Add salt and pepper to taste.

  • With the motor running drizzle olive oil until mixture comes together.

  • Spread pesto over crust and layer tomatoes

  • Combine remaining grated Parmesan cheese and garlic powder.  Sprinkle over tomatoes.

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.  

  • Sprinkle with basil leaves and red pepper flakes.


  • prepared crust (I like to use cauliflower crust)

  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds

  • 1 cup spinach leaves

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 8 oz. Parmesan cheese, grated

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 1/2 cup olive oil

  • topping ingredients

  • 3 tomatoes, thinly sliced or chopped

  • 1 Tbs. garlic powder

  • basil leaves

  • red pepper flakes
