Simple and tasty cheeseball

Pecan Cranberry Cheeseball


  • In a large bowl with a mixer combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, 1/2 of the cranberries and pecans, chives or green onions and garlic powder

  • Shape mixture into a ball and place in waxed paper and put in the refrigerator until ready to serve

  • Just before serving place the remaing pecans and cranberries on waxed paper and roll cheese ball to coat

  • Serve with chips or pretzels


  • 8 oz. cream cheese

  • 1 cup white sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 1 cup dried cranberries, chopped and divided

  • 1 cup pecans, chopped and divided

  • 1/4 cup chives or green onions

  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
