Peach Margarita on the rocks

Who doesn't enjoy fresh peaches with sugar? This recipe can be a little tricky but worth it.

Peach Margarita on the rocks


  • mix salt and sugar together in a shallow plate

  • Puree-if using fresh peaches peel and cut into pieces and sprinkle with sugar

  • if using frozen you must sprinkle with sugar and let thaw completely (this is a must)

  • Blend peaches, tequila, lime juice, peach sparkling water and agave or honey until liquefied (important you don't want it thick)

  • Rim glass with lime and dip in salt/sugar mixture

  • Fill glass halfway with ice and add mixture  


  • 2 cups peaches 

  • 8 oz tequila

  • 4 oz fresh lime juice

  • 2 oz . sparkling peach water

  • 4 Tbs. agave nectar or honey

  • 2 Tbs. sugar + some for sprinkling over peaches

  • 2 Tbs. salt

  • limes for garnish

  • ice
