Talk about grab and go breakfast. This is a delicious way to stay organized in the morning. Simply prepare the night before. You can customize ingredients.

Overnight Oats


  • Mix all ingredients into container with a lid

  • Store in the refrigerator overnight

  • Warm up in the microwave and stir


  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 3/4 cup of milk of your choice

  • 1/2 scoop Orgain Creamy Chocolate Fudge protein powder 

  • 1 Tbs. flax seed

  • 1 tsp. honey
