Orgain Black Bean Burger

Directions

  • Preheat oven or grill to 400 degrees

  • Blend 1/2 of black beans and corn in a blender

  • Mix egg, panko, red pepper, garlic and milk in a bowl

  • Pour into black bean and corn mixture and mix

  • Add remaining black beans and corn

  • Gently stir

  • Divide and form into 4 burgers

  • Grill 2-4 minutes per side or bake for 10-12 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1-2 scoops of Orgain Unsweetened Protein Powder

  • 1 can 15.5oz.  black beans, drained

  • 1 can 8oz. canned corn, drained

  • 1/4 cup panko 

  • 1 egg

  • 1 Tbs. milk

  • 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper

  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
