Orgain Black Bean Burger

Skip the beef and try black bean burgers
Directions
Preheat oven or grill to 400 degrees
Blend 1/2 of black beans and corn in a blender
Mix egg, panko, red pepper, garlic and milk in a bowl
Pour into black bean and corn mixture and mix
Add remaining black beans and corn
Gently stir
Divide and form into 4 burgers
Grill 2-4 minutes per side or bake for 10-12 minutes

1-2 scoops of Orgain Unsweetened Protein Powder
1 can 15.5oz. black beans, drained
1 can 8oz. canned corn, drained
1/4 cup panko
1 egg
1 Tbs. milk
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
