Meatball sliders

Comfort food at its best! You can also substitute the meatballs for leftover meatloaf.

Meatball sliders


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  • Cut rolls in half and place the bottom in a baking dish.

  • Layer meatballs (2 per roll), sauce then cheese slices and top half.

  • Brush with melted butter.

  • Bake for 20 minutes.

  • Cover with foil if rolls start to burn.


  • Hawaiin sweet rolls 

  • maranara sauce (use brands that have a few simple ingredients)

  • 12 provolone slices

  • 24 fully cooked meatballs (I used plant based meatballs)

  • 1/2 melted butter
