Easy 3 step bars with a key ingredient
Directions
Preheat oven 350 degrees.
Cream butter, 1/2 cup powdered sugar and 2 cups flour until crumble mixture.
Press dough mixture into a 9*13 pan. Make sure pan has deep sides.
Bake 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
Combine eggs, 1/4 cup flour, 2 cups sugar and baking powder.
Stir in lemon contentrate. I like to squeeze in a little pure lemon juice for a little extra flavor.
Pour over the warm crust and bake for additional 25-30 minutes until top is golden brown and toothpick comes out clean.
Mix together 1 cup powdered sugar (maybe a little more), 4 Tbls. lemonade concentrate and I like to squeeze in a little more lemon juice and lemon zest.
Pour over cooled bars and cut after glaze has set.
