Hash Brown Egg Bake

A hearty casserole that be meatless or accommodate a protein.
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
In a saucepan cook the peppers and onion
Layer the thawed hash browns in a 9*13 casserole dish and season with salt and pepper
In a large bowl beat 12 eggs
Add the milk and cooked peppers and onion
Pour the egg mixutre over the hash browns
Spread the shredded cheese on top
Cook for 45 minutes or until eggs are set
Ingredients
30 oz frozen cubed hash browns, thawed
1lb. if you are using protein
1 red pepper, diced
1 green pepper,diced
1 onion, diced
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
salt and pepper
1 cup whole milk
