Grilled Angel Food Cake
Half-homemade elegance. So good and so easy to make on the grill. I used Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar from The Olive.
Whipped topping-whisk heavy whipping cream in a stand mixer for about 6 minutes. Fold in powdered sugar to taste.
While topping is whisking, heat grill to 350 degrees
Grill cake slices just enough to get grill marks.
Layer cake slice, strawberries, whipped topping, and topping if desired.
8 slices of angle food cake
2 cups strawberries, capped, halved with 1 Tbs. of sugar
whipping topping (easy to make your own and taste better)
chocolate drizzel, optional
