Coconut Cream Pie
20 minutes prep time 4 hours chill time
It doesn't get much easier than this dessert and it will please everyone.
Whisk pudding mixes and milk until combined. It will be lumpy due to coconut in pudding mix. Set aside to soft set for 5 minutes.
Stir in 1 1/2 cups of coconut.
Pour into graham cracker crust.
Chill for 4 hours.
Before serving spread remaining whipped topping over top.
Toast remaining coconut and sprinkle over whipped topping.
1 graham cracker crust
2 boxes (3.4 oz size) coconut pudding mix
3 1/2 cups of whole milk
2 cups of sweetened shredded coconut
2 cups of whipped topping
