Coconut Cream Pie

It doesn't get much easier than this dessert and it will please everyone.

Coconut Cream Pie


  • Whisk pudding mixes and milk until combined.  It will be lumpy due to coconut in pudding mix.  Set aside to soft set for 5 minutes.

  • Stir in 1 1/2 cups of coconut.  

  • Pour into graham cracker crust.

  • Chill for 4 hours.

  • Before serving spread remaining whipped topping over top.

  • Toast remaining coconut and sprinkle over whipped topping.


  • 1 graham cracker crust

  • 2 boxes (3.4 oz size) coconut pudding mix

  • 3 1/2 cups of whole milk

  • 2 cups of sweetened shredded coconut

  • 2 cups of whipped topping
