Cinnamon Rolls

This semi copy cat recipe is a perfect addition to a brunch or a lazy weekend.
Directions
Filling
Mix the brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl
Grease a 9*13 baking pan with butter or spray
Knead dough on a lightly floured surface. Roll out into a rectangle about 16*20 with a rolling pin.
Spread the butter over the dough followed by the sugar and cinnamon mixture.
Roll the dough over the sugar mixture until you have a cylinder. Pinch the edges and cut into 1/2 inch slices
Place slices in the prepared pan and cover for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes or until done. Allow to cool completely.
Icing
Beat all the ingredients together and spread over cooled rolls.

1 cup light brown sugar
3 Tbs. cinnamon
1/3 cup salted butter, softened

3 Tbs. sour cream
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup cream cheese (room temperature)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
