Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Mix everything together except the powdered sugar.  Batter will be thick.

Make a layer of powdered sugar on wax paper.

Scoop into a ball and roll in powdered sugar.  A melon ball scoop works great.

Place on a cookie sheet 2 inches apart.

Bake for 8-10 minutes until cookies brown slightly on the edges.

While cookies are warm place a candy in the middle of cookie
