Filling directions
Saute onion, beans and green chilis until onion is tender. Add chicken. Heat through.

Preheat oven 350 degrees.
Assembly directions
Spoon 1/4 cup of sauce on bottom of baking dish
Layer 1/4 cup of filling on tortilla and sprinkle with cheese.
Roll and place in baking dish
Layer remaining sauce and cheese over enchiladas
Bake for 30 minutes

1 can 15.5oz black beans
4oz. green chilis

19oz red enchilada sauce
8oz. shredded mexican cheese blend
