Chewy Toffee Bars



It doesn't get much easier than this dessert.

Chewy Toffee Bars


  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

  • In the oven, melt the butter in a 9*13 pan.  Remove from oven. 

  • Brush the melted butter up the sides (this is important).

  • Layer the rest of the ingredients.

  • Bake for 30 minutes until bubbly around edges.

  • Let cool completely before cutting.


  • 1/4 cup salted butter

  • 8 graham crackers

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut

  • 8 oz. toffee bits (I couldn't find so I crushed Heath bars in my Vitamix)

  • 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 cup chopped nuts (whatever you have on hand)
