Cherry Blossom Brownies
Our take on the traditional brownie recipe.
Preheat oven to to 350 degrees.
Grease a 9*13 pan.
Add cocoa and baking soda to a large bowl and combine.
Stir half of the melted butter into the cocoa and baking soda mixture.
Add the Cherry Blossom to the bowl and stir.
Add the sugar, eggs and the remaining melted butter and stir until combined.
Sift in the flour and stir.
Add the vanilla and salt and combine until batter is smooth.
Pour into the prepared pan.
Bake for 35 minutes and check for doneness. Check every 5 minutes.
Cool for 30 minutes in the pan.
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2/3 cup melted butter
1/2 cup Haze Gray Cherry Blossom
2 cups sugar
1 1/3 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
