Directions

  • Place all ingredients except cheese and toppings in a crockpot.

  • Cook on low for 5 hours.

  • Add cheese and turn to warm for 30 minutes.

  • Serve with desired toppings.

Ingredients

  • 30 pz hash brown potatoes (diced or shredded)

  • 4 cups chicken broth

  • 1/2 diced onion

  • salt and pepper

  • 2 cups whole milk 

  • 2/3 cup heavy cream

  • 2 cups shredded cheese

  • toppings (green onion, sour cream, bacon)
