Cheeseburger Sliders

Cheeseburger Sliders


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  • In a large skillet over medium heat cook the diced onion and cook until translucent.  Drain excess oil.  Add the ground beef and spices.  Cook until no longer pink.  Drain if needed.  

  • Slice the rolls in half lengthwise.  Place the bottom half in a 9*13 dish.

  • Top with the beef mixture then cheese slices and then top of the rolls.

  • In a small bowl combine the glaze ingredients. 

  • Brush the glazez over the assembled sliders and cook for 20 minutes.  

  • Slice into individual sliders and serve hot.


  • For the cheeseburgers

  • 2 lbs. lean ground burger or your favorite plant based crumbles

  • 2 tsp. garlic powder

  • 1 tsp. salt

  • 2 tsp. black pepper

  • 1 Tbls. olive oil

  • 1/2 white onion, diced

  • 12 cheese slices, your choice

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls 

  • For the glaze

  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

  • 1/2 tsp. salt

  • 2 Tbls. packed brown sugar

  • 3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 Tbls. Dijon mustard (I used Lusty Monk mustard)

  • 1/2 Tbls. sesame seedsPre
