Perfect for busy nights. Easy to feed a crowd.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large skillet over medium heat cook the diced onion and cook until translucent. Drain excess oil. Add the ground beef and spices. Cook until no longer pink. Drain if needed.
Slice the rolls in half lengthwise. Place the bottom half in a 9*13 dish.
Top with the beef mixture then cheese slices and then top of the rolls.
In a small bowl combine the glaze ingredients.
Brush the glazez over the assembled sliders and cook for 20 minutes.
Slice into individual sliders and serve hot.
For the cheeseburgers
2 lbs. lean ground burger or your favorite plant based crumbles
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. black pepper
1 Tbls. olive oil
1/2 white onion, diced
12 cheese slices, your choice
12 Hawaiian rolls
For the glaze
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbls. packed brown sugar
3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbls. Dijon mustard (I used Lusty Monk mustard)
