This sauce is great for fish. Pair with pasta or rice.
Mix butter, white wine, lemon juice and garlic together in a small bowl.
Pour sauce in frying pan sprinkle half the dill.
Add fish of your choice. Turn to coat with sauce.
Cook on one side. Turn. Add the tomatoes and spinach. Cook until done.

1/2 cup of white wine
1 lemon, juiced
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 bunch of fresh dill, chopped
1 cup of mini tomatoes, halved
2 cups fresh spinach
