Butter sauce



This sauce is great for fish. Pair with pasta or rice.

Butter sauce


  • Mix butter, white wine, lemon juice and garlic together in a small bowl.

  • Pour sauce in frying pan sprinkle half the dill.

  • Add fish of your choice. Turn to coat with sauce.

  • Cook on one side. Turn.  Add the tomatoes and spinach.  Cook until done.


  • 1/2 cup of melted butter

  • 1/2 cup of white wine

  • 1 lemon, juiced

  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped

  • 1 bunch of fresh dill, chopped

  • 1 cup of mini tomatoes, halved

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
