Buffalo Chicken Sliders



These sliders are the perfect blend of tangy and spicy. How tangy and spicy depends on you.

Buffalo Chicken Sliders


  • Preheat oven to 350° F

  • In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, garlic salt, and Italian seasoning. Set aside.

  • In a medium sized bowl, mix together the chicken and buffalo sauce.

  • Split your rolls in half.

  • Place the bottom in a 9*13 baking dish.

  • Layer one cup of cheese, chicken mixture, Blue Cheese dressing and remaining cup of cheese.

  • Place the top buns and brush with the melted butter mixture.

  • IMPORTANT...cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.

  • Remove foil and bake for 5 minutes.

  • Remove from oven, slice and enjoy.


  • 3 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded (I buy already shredded to save time)

  • 1 package Kings Hawaiian Rolls, 12 count

  • 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing (I used Blue Cheese dressing)

  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce

  • 1/4   cup butter melted

  • 1/2   teaspoon  garlic salt

  • 1/2   teaspoon  Italian seasoning

  • 2 cups (226 g) cheddar cheese, shredded (I used gouda and parmesan)
