Buffalo Chicken Sliders
These sliders are the perfect blend of tangy and spicy. How tangy and spicy depends on you.
Preheat oven to 350° F
In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, garlic salt, and Italian seasoning. Set aside.
In a medium sized bowl, mix together the chicken and buffalo sauce.
Split your rolls in half.
Place the bottom in a 9*13 baking dish.
Layer one cup of cheese, chicken mixture, Blue Cheese dressing and remaining cup of cheese.
Place the top buns and brush with the melted butter mixture.
IMPORTANT...cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for 5 minutes.
Remove from oven, slice and enjoy.
3 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded (I buy already shredded to save time)
1 package Kings Hawaiian Rolls, 12 count
1/2 cup Ranch Dressing (I used Blue Cheese dressing)
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
1/4 cup butter melted
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 cups (226 g) cheddar cheese, shredded (I used gouda and parmesan)
