Bruschetta Pasta Salad

Pair with crusty bread for a perfect summer meal.

Bruschetta Pasta Salad


  • Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  • In a bowl, whisk olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then season with salt and pepper.

  • Add pasta, garlic and tomatoes to dressing bowl and combine.

  • Garnish with basil and serve.


  • 1 lb. orecchiette (or your choice of similar pasta)

  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1 Tbs. balsamic vinegar

  • salt and pepper

  • 1 clove, garlic, minced

  • 1 pint multi-colored cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/4 cup basil, torn for garnish
