Broccoli-Cheddar Quiche

This flexible dish goes from the brunch table paired with fruit to the dinner table paired with a green salad.

Directions
Cook pie crust according to package directions and let cool completely
Turn oven to 375 degrees
Wisk eggs in a large bowl
Add the cream, salt and pepper, broccoli and cheese
Pour into the cooled pie crust
Place quiche on a baking sheet
Bake for 40 minutes or until set

10 eggs
1/2 cup heavy cream
8 oz of broccoli florets, steamed and chopped
1 cup of grated sharp cheddar cheese
salt and pepper
