Broccoli-Cheddar Quiche

This flexible dish goes from the brunch table paired with fruit to the dinner table paired with a green salad.

Broccoli-Cheddar Quiche


  • Cook pie crust according to package directions and let cool completely

  • Turn oven to 375 degrees

  • Wisk eggs in a large bowl

  • Add the cream, salt and pepper, broccoli and cheese

  • Pour into the cooled pie crust

  • Place quiche on a baking sheet

  • Bake for 40 minutes or until set


  • store bought pie crust

  • 10 eggs

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • 8 oz of broccoli florets, steamed and chopped

  • 1 cup of grated sharp cheddar cheese

  • salt and pepper
