A little different take on breakfast for supper. These are also good to freeze for quick mornings.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degress.
Scramble egggs with any desired vegetables.
Cut rolls in half and place bottom in a baking dish.
Layer eggs, meat then cheese.
Place on the top buns.
Brush the top with melted butter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. If buns start to burn place foil on top.
Ingredients
12 eggs (I use a combination of eggs and egg whites)
8 oz. shredded cheese of your choice
8 oz. cooked sausage or bacon if desired
12 dinner rolls of your choice
hot sauce, mustard optional
1/4 of melted butter
