Breakfast Slider

A little different take on breakfast for supper. These are also good to freeze for quick mornings.

Breakfast Slider


  • Preheat oven to 350 degress.

  • Scramble egggs with any desired vegetables.

  • Cut rolls in half and place bottom in a baking dish.

  • Layer eggs, meat then cheese.

  • Place on the top buns.

  • Brush the top with melted butter.

  • Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.  If buns start to burn place foil on top.


  • 12 eggs (I use a combination of eggs and egg whites)

  • 8 oz. shredded cheese of your choice

  • 8 oz.  cooked sausage or bacon if desired

  • 12 dinner rolls of your choice

  • hot sauce, mustard optional

  • 1/4 of melted butter
