Need to feed a crowd? In need of comfort food? This recipe does both. I have to admit I have had this for breakfast.
In a large pan brown the meat, onion and garlic. Drain.
Add pasta sauce, oregano, salt and pepper to meat mixture.
Simmer for 30 minutes.
Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a 9*13 baking dish.
Place half 1/2 of pasta in baking dish. Pour 1/2 of sauce over pasta. Spread 1/2 of cheeses. Repeat layers.
Bake 25 minutes until bubbly.
1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, diced
1 clove of garlic, minced
32 oz. pasta sauce of your choice
salt and pepper
8 oz. each cheddar, mozzarella, and swiss, shredded
16 oz. spaghetti, broken into pieces
