Asian Ginger Dressing

I love ginger so I always add a little extra ginger. I use on salads and anything that I stir fry.

Asian Ginger Dressing


  • Blend, wisk or shake all ingredients together

  • I prefer using a blender because I don't want bits of garlic

  • Add a little water to get it to your desired thickness.


  • 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar

  • 4 Tbsp.  low-sodium soy sauce

  • 3-4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 4 Tbsp.  honey or brown sugar

  • 4 Tbsp.  minced ginger

  • 2 tsp.  toasted sesame oil

  • water
