Abby's Better Nut Butter Cups

This is a decadent way to get your protein. It took me a couple of times to get the right amount of chocolate for the top and bottom.
Directions
Melt chocolate with a splash of milk or cream. I like using the stove top.
Stir in protein powder.
Spread 1 Tbls. of melted chocolate mixture on the bottom of silicone cupcake molds. You just want enough to cover. Keep chocolate warm.
Place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Remove and spread 2 Tbls. of nut butter onto top of each bottom.
Spread 1 Tbls. of melted chocolate on top of the nut butter.
Place in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Store in refrigerator and bring to room temperature when ready to eat.
Ingredients
10 oz melting chocolate (I used dark chocolate)
splash of milk or heavy cream
Abby's Better Nut Butter of your choice (I used strawberry)
1 scoop of Orgain Plant Based Protein Powder (I used chocolate)
Silicone cupcake molds. You can't use paper.
